CANCELLATION POLICY

Nicholes Blank Canvas Policy To ensure the best experience for all guests and to respect my time as a stylist and mom, please review the following policies before booking: Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. * Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Card on File A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to your appointment. * Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a modified service or the need to reschedule * If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a cancellation fee may apply Consultations Consultations are required for all new color, blonding, and extension guests to ensure we create a customized plan for your hair goals. Consultation fees will be applied toward your service when booked. Booking Etiquette Please book the correct service to allow enough time for your appointment.
